Looks like my alma mater got recognition in the NY Times today. Apparently colleges and universities across the country (not just Texas) are adding football programs to attract male students.
UMHB has gone from 32 percent male population to 40 percent since it added football in 1998. And don't forget that great run to the Div. III Championship in 2004. Awesome.
And what do you know - a 1:3 guy/girl ratio and I still couldn't get a date ;-)
