Frontburner has an "insider" at city hall. He's blogging today's meeting. Interesting and fun stuff. Seems quite a bit different than a Waxahachie council meeting.

10:32 -- A citizen just shuffled in wearing an African/tribal-style hat, a hangman's noose with fake blood (red paint) around his neck, fake shackles around his wrists and ankles, and carrying a large wooden walking stick. True story.
